Do I have to be a member of NADCO to apply for insurance?

NADCO requires that you are a member in order to obtain the insurance. You do not have to be a member to apply, however, once you decide to accept the quote, your membership should be active to have the insurance.

Who is Insured?

The NADCO Policy will cover the named insured (whether an individual or company) and any past or present employee, director, partner or executive officer while acting within the scope of their duties on behalf of the named insured, and for whom the insured is legally responsible. Coverage for work subcontracted out to others is included for an additional premium.



What is the general turnaround time for new applicants to receive a quote?

Generally 3-5 days. If additional information is required, it may take up to 5 to 7 business days.



What is the general turnaround time application submission for a renewal account?

You should expect to receive renewal terms 2 to 3 weeks prior to the expiration of your policy.



What do I do if I need a Certificate of Insurance?


Complete a Certificate of Insurance Request form, which includes the Certificate Holder's information: company name, contact person, address, phone, and fax/email.

How long does it take for me to receive a Certificate of Insurance?

Please allow up 48 hours for a Certificate of Insurance to be processed.



How do I make a change to my current policy?

If you need to make changes such as updating your address, please email us at:  nadco-questions@alliant.com

Please include the company name, policy number and the effective date of change.  

Note that changes such as an increase in policy limit are subject to underwriter approval, may take additional time to process and additional premium may be charged.
